AI music recommender built for the CodePath Applied AI Fellowship. The LLM extracts a listener profile and critiques its own work, then a deterministic scorer ranks the tracks. Every explanation has to quote real source text word for word or it falls back to a plain score breakdown, so the system can't make things up.

Technician Routing Professional - Level 4 SME

Feb 2017 – Mar 2026
- Ran same-day operations for a California dispatch zone: 10+ routers, 150+ field technicians, 15 counties. Three coordination calls a day with field leadership, and real-time re-routing around weather, traffic, and job complexity.
- Improved team KPIs 15–25% (on-time arrival, productivity) by redesigning routing workflows and turning field feedback into process changes that other zones adopted.
- Led a year-long turnaround of the operation's most challenging multi-county area, ending at 98%+ on-time arrival, then built daily forecasting that flagged risk 2–3 hours before it landed.
- Coached routers day to day: real-time guidance on complex and gray-area calls, feedback on misses, and last-minute coverage when people were out.
- Owned FCC appointment-window compliance for the zone: reviewed every late appointment, tracked the reports, and coached on misses. Built the reporting and presentations that leadership reviewed.
- Level 4 SME, the program's highest tier. Outstanding ratings three years running (2021–2023) and six peer-voted MVP awards.
Started in the department on the technician-support line and earned SME there. When the department moved into routing operations, was in the first internal routing training class, then trained the rest of the department through the transition.
